SOFI Aperitivo Davidson Plum & Fingerlime Case 6 x 750ml bottles (16% ABV)

A modern take on the classic Italian art of aperitivo, SOFI is made for moments that celebrate the spirit of our southern hemisphere home.

To celebrate our return to the skies, SOFI worked with the team at QANTAS for over a year to create the mouth watering Sky Spritz. Many recipes were tested between Queensland, Mudgee and Mascot, with the final concoction celebrating native Davidson Plum and Fingerlime. The Davidson Plum is reminiscent of stewed rhubarb with only a subtle sweetness, while the finger limes bring a minty, citrus-forward aroma with tangy, sweet and slightly floral notes. While the pre-batched cocktail is only available on QANTAS international flights.

We recommend serving SOFI Aperitivo Davidson Plum & Fingelime with prosecco and / or soda, topped with a wedge of fresh citrus.
