Shipping policy


DELIVERY:
So we can offer the very best pricing, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions and postcode for delivery. 

Rates are calculated by our delivery partner Sendle. SOFI adds no handling fee and only on-charge this rate.  

If your rate seems high, please consider nominating an alternative address that Sendle does not consider either regional or remote. See here for Sendle's postcode breakdowns.

Sendle does not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.     

LEAD TIMES:

Orders are shipped twice weekly (Monday and Thursday) from our SOFI headquarters, and typically take 5 to 7 business days. We cannot guarantee delivery dates.

If you need your SOFI urgently, we recommend purchasing directly from our stockists (ALDI or Dan Murphy's same day service).
