Shipping policy

We ship Australia wide.

Flat rate shipping of $12.95 applies to all orders under $150.
Free shipping on all orders over $150.

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 3 to 8 business days of dispatch. We cannot guarantee delivery dates.

If you need your SOFI urgently, we recommend purchasing directly from our stockists (ALDI or Dan Murphy’s same day service). Same-day delivery is not available on orders from our website.

Delivering alcohol responsibly

SOFI contains alcohol, so all orders must be received by someone aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID on delivery. If no adult is available, or the courier thinks the parcel isn’t safe to leave (even with authority to leave), they’ll take it to your local depot or collection point for pickup. If you won’t be home, consider sending your order to your workplace.

If you would like to discuss corporate or bulk orders, please contact logistics@sofispritz.com to discuss your options.
