A beautiful balance of local grape spirit, White Peach & Ginger. Suggested serve is with Prosecco and/or Soda to taste with a wedge of fresh citrus.

Italian classic cocktail - the Bellini was invented at Harry’s bar in Venice (along with Carpacio - Harry was a genius) - this version comes with a subtle ginger kick.

Deliciously fresh and ripe peachy aromas, are followed by a hint of ginger warmth and a subtle spicy bite.

I love Sofi

I find SOFI Aperitivo very refreshing. I add some ice, close my eyes, and then I can easily imagine I’m somewhere in Europe…except I’m not, but that doesn’t bother me as I know I can get my SOFI fix, at a reasonable price, back here in Australia. Well done to the owners of SOFI, Thankyou, and please keep the prices reasonable so us mortals can indulge and dream we’re in Europe.
