This bespoke recipe developed with the team at QANTAS & Rockpool, Davidson Plum & Fingerlime, is SOFI's ode to Australian native botanicals. Crafted with davidson plum, fingerlime, Australian white wine and sparkling water. 

Vegan and gluten free.

Best shared with friends, over ice and with a slice of lime.

Love SOFI Spritz

I've been drinking SOFI Spritz for a few years now. It's very refreshing. My only disappointment is that you can no longer get the lemon and elderflower flavour.

Refreshing aperitif

Light and bubbly drink to start (and continue). The Davidson Plum adds a refreshing subtle tartness, so that it is not too sweet. Premixed bottle is a handy way to enjoy Sofi when out and about.

I do prefer the Peach and Ginger....I found the plum too sweet...nice but sweet
