This bespoke recipe developed with the team at QANTAS & Rockpool, Davidson Plum & Fingerlime, is SOFI's ode to Australian native botanicals. Crafted with davidson plum, fingerlime, Australian white wine and sparkling water. 

Vegan and gluten free.

Best shared with friends, over ice and with a slice of lime.

So good!

First had SOFI Davidson plum spritz on a Qantas flight last year. Couldn’t find it anywhere then eureka! It’s such a fantastic product and my family absolutely love it. I do not like or drink sweet fizzy drinks and this is just the best thing for a hot summer day. Not sweet, plum and lime hints, just right with the right amount of fizz (not to much). Totally can’t understand what the fuss is all about Aperol??? SOFI is so much better. Love everything about it, most certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful aperitif or just to enjoy anytime really. I love this is Australian made and it is also very good value for money when you factor in the specials on offer. We will definitely continue to buy this great product.
