A beautiful balance of local grape spirit, White Peach & Ginger. Suggested serve is with Prosecco and/or Soda to taste with a wedge of fresh citrus.

Italian classic cocktail - the Bellini was invented at Harry’s bar in Venice (along with Carpacio - Harry was a genius) - this version comes with a subtle ginger kick.

Deliciously fresh and ripe peachy aromas, are followed by a hint of ginger warmth and a subtle spicy bite.

I was a little worried these would be a little sweet but they are not. Using soda and not lemonade is so much better. Even in this cold weather such a refreshing drink
