SOFI Aperitivo Blood Orange & Bitters is a beautiful balance of local grape spirit with blood orange and bitter botanicals.
Inspired by The Veneto, we recommend serving with prosecco and / or soda, topped with a wedge of fresh citrus. It also makes a delicious contessa (a twist on the negroni) with even parts gin and dry vermouth.
