How to Serve:

• Mix with Prosecco & Soda in a classic "spritz" cocktail (SOFI suggests Dal Zotto Prosecco and CAPI soda as the ideal Aussie mixers)
• Even more simply add even parts SOFI & soda over ice with fresh citrus. 
• Or for an Australian take on the Negroni, mix with even parts SOFI Aperitivo, Australian gin and dry vermouth - serve over large ice cube with a lemon twist. (SOFI suggests Four Pillars and Maidenii for a great local gin and vermouth)
