For something a little different, why not make yourself an all-Australian negroni with a local gin, vermouth and of course, SOFI Aperitivo?

Ingredients:

• 1 part SOFI Aperitivo Blood Orange & Bitters
• 1 part Gin
• 1 part Dry Vermouth
• Over ice with a slice of citrus
